The Location of the hotel was central for what I had planned in doing. To attend the Notting Hill Carnival the area was very safe and the staff was extremely helpful, welcoming and supportive and provided excellent customer service. Service with smile .

The tube station is right next to the hotel, which is perfect, also with luggage (Notting Hill station). Breakfast is a la carte, we loved it ! The rooms are very nice and there`s a bottle of water complimentary:)

What was very nice, that not only was a crib provider for our daughter but also a little present and her own vanity kit with kids friendly washing products. That was super nice. We love the location "Notting Hill" and "Kensington", therefore the hotel is set perfectly. We will definitely consider it next time we come to London. Reception staff is kind, patient and helpful. Further, big fan of the hotel´s design overall.

I love the people who work there they are so genuinely friendly and warm .. it feels like a home .. but a super nice , very efficient , immaculate one so it’s a nice home from home for me . I like the food which is light and healthy . I love the restaurant and bar where you can work and eat

Gorgeous and centrally located boutique hotel in Notting Hill. Rooms are spacious, VERY comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Clear attention to detail in the room design. I also love the in-room decor using the Penguin Classics books - such a fun design choice. Hotel is off a quiet street, literal steps away from the tube station and Portobello Road. Food and drink are excellent and the staff is very attentive and friendly. Can’t wait to visit again next time I’m in London!
